Kayman Wong founded The Kaidence Group in 2015

The Kaidence Group was founded in 2015 by Kayman Wong after spending the previous decade of his career working in real estate as a leader in single tenant and multi-tenant commercial developments. Kayman founded The Kaidence Group to continue a focus on commercial real estate but also to diversify into other areas such as industrial, multi-family and residential. Regardless of the development type, The Kaidence Group brings proficiency, commitment, critical thinking, and a rich understanding of the development process to every project. Kaidence is a partner of choice for many notable national retailers, property owners and investors.

At Kaidence, we believe that there is a better way to develop a piece of property.  That way is the same regardless of if that project is owned by Kaidence or if Kaidence is a fee consultant.  We treat all projects as if they are our own.  We are respectful, honest and accurate with every entity and person we deal with throughout the development process. We take pride in being fiercely diligent of our projects, clients, designs, consultants, and our financials. This allows anyone who works with us to know that we would treat their projects and money as if it were our own.

Kaidence is based out of Phoenix, Arizona with the majority of our current development work in Arizona, California and Hawaii but we have no geographic boundaries on where we work and are open to the opportunity to work with new and existing clients throughout the country. The Kaidence team has worked together for over 10 years outside of Kaidence, enhancing our synergy as a team to achieve the best results for our clients.
